As a Partner and member of the Executive Board, I helped to build Deligo from day one. I have 14 years’ experience in search and recruitment of specialist and management personnel. With many years of networking experience, I nurture relationships that are built on trust and respect. I utilise my expertise in the field of recruitment and consultancy in my responsibility for search mandates for various functional areas within the commercial and business sectors. I am very interested in people and issues, and I value direct contact with corporate clients and applicants.

I balance my working life by spending time with family and friends. I am always fascinated by countries that I have not visited before. I keep fit through endurance and strength training and yoga. If you want to stress me out, just put me in a traffic jam or amongst a herd of aggressive drivers – these are real tests of my otherwise very placid nature!

Daniel Bühlmann

As Managing Partner, I set up Deligo AG together with Erica Baettig in 2004. I draw inspiration again and again from bringing together the right businesses with the right candidates. My specialism lies in search and recruitment of specialist and management staff in the sales, marketing and IT sectors. My 15 years’ professional experience in management positions in various sectors (Business Unit Head, Product Manager, Key Account Manager, Member of Executive Board) and 20 years as a university lecturer are a solid foundation for success at Deligo.

I enjoy the challenges of my work every single day, as boredom and inactivity are absolutely off limits for me both at work and at home. I find true relaxation when I am with my family and my two children. For more active recreation, I enjoy freeride skiing, mountain biking and paragliding. A good glass of wine rounds off a perfect day.

Peter Meyer

The demanding IT market is one I know inside out, thanks to 30 years’ experience in the industry. I am fully conversant with the needs of our clients on the business side, and know which applicants will be successful in which roles. I have been with Deligo since 2013, and as well as looking after IT mandates, I also take care of clients and candidates in the areas of marketing, communications and trusts.

People are the centre of my leisure time as well as my work life. I love spending time with my family and friends. Doing sport is one way I like to relax, whether it’s using my own muscle power or that of one of my motorbikes.

Martin Raubach

I have been with Deligo since March 2016, and work in the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, trusts, auditing and tax, of which I have 15 years’ professional experience. I began my career in auditing, working with national and international clients in trade and industry. During this period, I spent an exchange year in the Auckland office, in New Zealand. In 2000, I decided to move to an international personnel consultancy firm. As Account Director for a number of multinational key accounts in the chemicals, automobile, construction and manufacturing industries, I was responsible for client acquisition, and the development and expansion of the client base.

I was born in St. Gallen, and have been living in Central Switzerland since 1999. I speak fluent German, English and French and have a good working knowledge of Indonesian. Alongside my passion for wine, my leisure activities include water sports and motor racing.

Joseph Rütter

As a jurist with an economic background and over 25 years experience in the consumer goods industry (head of sales, head of key account management, member of the executive board) sales is my passion. Thanks to an active relationship network in the trade an in the industry I’m always on the pulse of the time and I know the needs of my customers very well. For me the human being is always in the focus, I understand myself as a mediator between my cutomers and my clients to find for both side the best solution. On the basis of my professional background the focus is on the advice and placement of professionals and executives from sales and marketing.

I like to spend my leisure time in the nature, be it hunting, fishing or biking. At home with my family and my two sons is enriching my private life.

Stefan Schreiner

«Success is a marathon, not a sprint.»

I have been a new member of the DELIGO AG partner team since January 2021. Entrepreneurial thinking and action have determined my everyday professional life for over 25 years. As managing partner of an IT system house and employer, as interim manager with personnel responsibility, as external senior project manager in international and multi-cultural teams, I know both sides of the table. It is therefore easy for me to recognise the needs and motivations of companies and applicants and to bring them together in a successful combination.

My focus at DELIGO AG is on IT professions, engineering and related technical fields. I have found my second home in Rüschlikon ZH and enjoy the balance and relaxation on the water and in nature. I find inner balance in Zen meditation and, time permitting, in a Buddhist monastery.
